"True Love does not measure - it just gives" (Mother Theresa of Calcutta)

Love is the strongest, the most creative and most profound form of universal energy. It cannot be truly defined or explained as the meaning will vary from person to person.

Love cannot be described - Love must be experienced.

There are many different kinds of love: love for your child is different from love for your spouse, lover, mother-in-law, your pet or chocolate. Sometimes other feelings and emotions can be disguised or misunderstood as love. These misplaced emotions are frequently used as a manipulative weapon of control. We often hear phrases such as: "If you loved me, you would...", "I am only trying to help you to become a better person...", "I am doing this because it's good for you...", or "I would not say these things if I did not love you..."

True love does not control, manipulate, humiliate or degrade - true love comes from the heart in the form of a constructive force that never fails and never abuses its power.

"Love is an act of faith and whoever is of little faith is also of little love." (Eric Fromm)

The only true love - is an unconditional love which is free of confinements, restrictions and conditions. As soon as any conditions are applied, the true meaning of love ceases to exist.

"Love is kind, patient, never jealous, boastful, proud or rude. Love is always supportive, loyal, hopeful and trusting. Love never fails." (1 Corinthians 13:4,7,8)

The ability to truly love someone is based on feelings of self love. It does not mean that you are better than others, it means self acceptance and that you do not need to be anything else other than what you already are. If you dislike yourself - constantly looking for faults and being critical towards yourself - how can you love others without being critical towards them? Lack of self love can start self limiting or self destructive behavior, loss of self confidence and cultivation of feelings of inadequacy. To love others is to love yourself first and when you send love - love will come back to you.

"In the universal sense, love is divine power of attraction in creation that harmonizes, unites and binds together." (Paramahansa Yogananda)

Love is a natural feeling - giving and receiving love is your birthright. When we are able to see others through the eyes of love, this is the first step to the discovery of the True Self.

"God is Love and anyone who does not love others has never known Him." (1John 4:8)

Love is the essence of life, truth and happiness, it is also the most fundamental form of universal energy connecting us to the Source of Being and creating a deeper understanding of our true nature.

Love in its purest form is unconditional.
